    At Vive Financial, we are committed to providing comprehensive benefit plans and wellness programs to suit your individual and family's needs, health and wellness goals and budgets. Our plans offer several choices when it comes to your contributions and deductibles, all to help you maintain or improve your well-being while sharing the responsibility of healthcare costs to make coverage more affordable to our employees. Employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for medical, dental and vision coverage the first of the month following your start date.

    Medical Benefits

    Vive Financial employees have a choice of coverage level and network for the following medical plans:

    • High Deductible HSA
    • Basic PPO
    • Premium PPO

    Our proactive approach to healthcare is designed to help our employees live well, control costs and access the care they need for both physical and mental well-being. For example, select in-network preventive care services are covered at 100 percent, before you meet the deductible.

    Dental Benefits

    Employees have a choice between two dental plans that will allow you to plan for you or your family’s yearly coverage limits and one of the plans offering orthodontic coverage:

    • Dental High Plan
    • Dental Low Plan

    Vision Benefits

    Our vision plan offers vision exams with a low co-pay and provides annual allowances for vision peripherals. Additionally, employees can receive discounts on laser vision correction and hearing exams under our plan.

  • Virtual Health Care

    Employees enrolled in one of our medical plans have access to around-the-clock board-certified primary care doctors. Available by phone or video, these doctors can diagnose and treat non-emergency medical conditions, prescribe medications, and send prescriptions to your pharmacy. This not only provides convenience and saves time but is also available at a lower cost than office visits.

  • Health Savings & Flexible Spending Account

    Health Savings Account

    Employees enrolled in the High Deductible HSA medical plan may be eligible to open a Health Savings Account. Eligible employees can receive up to $500 individual or $1000 family in company-paid HSA contributions to help pay eligible out-of-pocket expenses. HSA’s provide multiple tax benefits:

    • Money may be deposited tax-free
    • Money may be withdrawn tax-free to pay for eligible medical expenses
    • Money grows tax-free
    • Company contributions to your HSA are excluded from your gross income

    Flexible Spending Account

    Flexible Spending Accounts allow you to set aside pre-tax dollars from your earnings to pay for qualified expenses. We offer three different accounts:

    • Health Care (Basic & Premium PPO plans only)
    • Dependent Care
    • Limited Purpose (available for those enrolled in an HSA)
  • Life, Disability and Supplemental Options

    Life Insurance

    Vive Financial employees receive basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage at no cost to them. Each benefit eligible employee will have coverage at 2x their annual earnings up to a maximum of $500,000. You can also purchase voluntary life insurance and/or voluntary AD&D insurance for you and your family through payroll deduction.

    Disability Insurance

    You may not imagine yourself unable to work due to injury or illness, but it’s best to be prepared. Vive Financial provides basic short-term and long-term disability insurance at no cost to employees. This coverage provides a certain percentage of your weekly income in the event of a non-occupational illness or injury that renders you temporarily unable to work.

    Accident Insurance

    This voluntary benefit helps you and your family pay for unexpected medical cost as the result of an accident by paying a lump sum cash benefit when you experience an accident.

    Hospital Indemnity Insurance

    Similar to the accident insurance, this voluntary benefit helps you and your family pay for the unexpected costs of inpatient hospital care by providing a lump sum benefit when you are hospitalized.

    Critical Illness Insurance

    This voluntary benefit helps minimize financial risk to you and your family by paying a lump sum cash benefit when you are diagnosed with a critical illness.

    Pet Insurance

    We want to ensure your furry family members are covered too! This voluntary benefit provides reimbursement up to a certain percentage for the cost of veterinary care.

    Legal Insurance Plan

    A legal insurance plan can ease the biggest stresses - finding and paying for legal expertise when you need it most. This voluntary benefit provides support and protection from unexpected personal legal issues.

    ID Theft Protection

    No one intends to be unsafe online. This voluntary benefit helps protect your identity and devices. Let us help you empower you and your family to live your digital lives safely.

  • Family Planning

    Vive Financial supports employees’ growing families and understands this road can sometimes present challenges to employees that are stressful and costly. We are happy to assist employees through some of these challenges.

    Adoption Assistance

    Employees enrolled in one the medical plans may be reimbursed up to $4,000 per pregnancy towards the costs directly associated with the adoption of a newborn child.

    Infertility Assistance

    Employees enrolled in a company health insurance plan have access to infertility treatments up to a $10,000 lifetime maximum and reproductive therapy treatments (after completing one year of employment) up to a $5,000 lifetime maximum.

  • Employee Assistance

    At some point in our lives, each of us faces a challenge or situation that is difficult to resolve. This confidential service provides professional referrals and up to five sessions of face-to-face or virtual counseling for a wide variety of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, marriage and relationship problems, grief and loss, substance abuse, anger management, stress and work-related pressures. Additionally, the EAP provides other services such as legal and financial planning assistance. The EAP is available to you and your household members at no cost.

  • 401(k) & Stock Purchase


    Helping people achieve their financial goals is important to us. Employees are eligible to contribute to the company 401(k) and/or Roth 401(k) the first of the month following 30 days of service. The company will match a certain percentage after 90 days of service. All matching contributions are 100% vested after just 90 days of service!

    Employee Stock Purchase Program

    This benefit plan will allow you to share in the potential growth and success of our company by purchasing PROG Holdings, Inc. common stock at a 15% discount off the fair market value!

  • Charitable Gift Matching & Volunteerism

    Charitable Gift Matching

    We care about what you care about! Vive will match employee gifts to an eligible charitable organization (501(c)(3)) of $100 or more to a maximum of $1,000 per employee per calendar year. By involving employees in the decision-making process, we ensure corporate giving better reflects the values of its employees and is more responsive to the local needs of the communities where employees live and work.

    Paid Service Day

    We mean it when we say we care about what you care about! Vive will provide up to 8 hours of paid service time per year for employees to engage in charitable service with an approved charitable organization.

  • Paid Time Away

    Paid Time Off and Holidays

    At Vive, we understand the importance of a good work/life balance and want to ensure you have adequate time off for a little R & R. Our generous paid time off program will help you cover the time you need away from work for vacation, personal time or illness. In addition, we provide 8 paid company holidays and 2 additional floating holidays.

    Parental Pay

    We want our employees to have the time away from work to support their growing families. We provide parental pay for both primary and secondary caregivers for the care of a newborn or a newly adopted child (must be FMLA eligible to receive the benefit).

  • Educational Assistance

    Tuition Reimbursement

    In an effort to support our employees in bettering themselves and furthering their education, we reimburse program tuition up to $5,250 per calendar year for full time employees.

    Online Learning

    Vive Financial is committed to your professional and personal development and is proud to offer online learning to employees with LinkedIn Learning! Choose from over 10,000+ courses in areas such as business, technology or marketing. Or, pursue other passions! Select courses in areas such as social media, financial literacy, or art to grow and develop both in and outside of work.

    Wellness Program
